MISE EN PLACE
Thailand street food as my starting point for this project because the preparation of food and consumption area has been occupied as a central in our lives. My aim is to create a toy train with the ingredient for the preparation of food to encourage children to cook. This has been inspired by street vendor’s cart. In Bangkok it said that ‘where there are people there will be food’. I want to transform food preparation into a functional and playful object that never stops rolling. As the vendors on the street never stops moving from place to place.
